The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. aaopen Casino may require supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaopen login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. aaopen Casino will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take adequate security precautions.
3.4 aaopen Casino accounts are for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes, as a proxy for third parties, or in connection with any form of fraud or money laundering is prohibited.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the aaopen platform are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). aaopen does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. aaopen Casino reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods without prior notice.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. aaopen Casino charges no fees on withdrawals processed to Philippine payment methods; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside aaopen's control.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's availability. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within ten (10) minutes; bank transfers within the same business day.
4.5 aaopen Casino implements Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Withdrawals may be subject to verification holds pending identity and source-of-funds checks. aaopen Casino reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 Deposits made by a Player that have not been wagered at all (i.e., deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity) may be subject to administrative review and processing delays of up to five (5) business days.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the aaopen platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

8.2 Where an account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real money and bonus balances — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by aaopen for non-breach reasons (e.g., regulatory grounds), the verified real money balance will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method.
8.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting aaopen Casino's customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real money balance will be returned.

11.2 aaopen Casino's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the verified real money balance held in that Player's aaopen account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 aaopen Casino does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond aaopen's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. aaopen Casino will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
aaopen Casino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between aaopen Casino and each registered Player. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge having read and agreed to aaopen Casino's Privacy Policy. Personal data is used solely for account management, KYC verification, responsible gaming obligations, and service improvement purposes. aaopen Casino does not sell personal data to third parties.
13.1 aaopen Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 13.2 Continued use of the aaopen platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting aaopen Casino's customer support team. aaopen Casino will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted through official support channels.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players who believe aaopen Casino has acted in violation of PAGCOR licensing conditions may escalate the matter to PAGCOR directly through the PAGCOR official complaint channels.
